D. Murugesan

Murugesan D. is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Paavai Engineering College, Namakkal, Tamilnadu, India. He has more than 15 years of teaching experience and 6 years of research experience, he has authored five book chapters with Elsevier, CRC Press, and Springer. He also published more than 20 research papers in Journals of International repute and international and national Conferences. His h-index is 4 and his i10 index is 3 with more than 49 citations. His main research interests are power system operation and control, Stability analysis, Fractional controllers, and bio-inspired and nature-inspired optimization techniques. He is a reviewer of ISA transactions in Elsevier, Frontiers in Mechanical Engineering, and the Australian Journal of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He organized several national-level technical seminars, and workshops, published Patents, co-coordinator of various academic councils and social activities.
