D. Israel Lee

D. Israel LeeDelmar I. Lee, Ph.D. is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio and is currently living in Fayetteville, NC. He is a veteran of 22 years in United States Air Force, where he served as a Master Instructor, Superintendent of Training, and Avionics Section Chief. His educational accomplishments include two Associates degrees--one degree in Avionics Systems Technology and the other in Instructor Technology of Military Science, both are from the Community College of the Air Force. He holds a Baccalaureate and Master’s Degrees in Workforce Education, Training, and Development from Southern Illinois University, and a PhD. in Postsecondary and Adult Education from Capella University, Dr. Lee is the past Lead Faculty Area Chair for Humanities, Communications, and General Education for University of Phoenix, Raleigh Campus. He is a Visiting Professor at Southern Illinois University in Charleston, SC campus, where is he instructs Methods and Materials design and Adult Learning Theory. Dr. Lee instructs Human Resources Development and Career Development for Fayetteville Technical Community College. He is a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Executive who provides advice and guidance on matter that positively effect the bottom line of business and industry to leadership who operates in the C-Suites. He has expert knowledge in the area of curriculum design, analytics, training, leadership development, knowledge management, diversity and inclusion, life coaching, model-netics, and systems theory. Dr. Lee is on the Board of Directors for the American Association of Adjunct Educators (AAAE) and serves as an editor for the AAAE Journal. Additionally, he is on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Adult Educators Association (NCAEA) and serves on the two Committees—one for Governance and the other for Planning. Dr. Lee owns a consulting company with an extension in Atlanta Georgia that provides management and leadership training, Human Resources Development, Life Coaching, Diversity and Inclusion Training, and Mapping for business and institutional effectiveness. Dr. Lee mentors in the community and is proud member of Beta Chi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated.
