Clementina BrunoClementina Bruno holds master degrees in Business (University of Piemonte Orientale, Novara, Italy) and Economics (Univsersité Catholique de Louvain, Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium) and a PhD in Economics and Management of the Technology (University of Bergamo, Italy). She currently works as a research fellow at University of Piemonte Orientale. Her research interests involve efficiency analysis, regulation, management, management of network services. This research is supported by the Associazione per lo sviluppo dell'Università nel territorio novarese
