Carmelo Maria Torre

Carmelo Maria Torre was born in 1966. He is a Civil Engineer, with an MSc in Construction Engineering, PhD in Evaluation Methods for Architectural, Urban, and Environmental Integrated Conservation. Since 2002, He has been a Junior Researcher at the Department of Architecture and Planning, Bari Polytechnic. He serves as Professor-in-Charge in Economic Evaluation of plans, and in estimating, among other positions.
