Camille A. McKayle (PhD) is Provost and Professor of Mathematics at the University of the Virgin Islands (US). Her research focuses on organizational creativity, creativity in higher education, creativity and self-efficacy in students, and higher education leadership focusing on Historically Black Colleges/Universities that. She is a lead investigator for the National Science Foundation-funded Center for the Advancement of STEM Leadership (CASL).
