Cailin J. Kerch

Cailin Kerch is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Alabama in the Early Childhood and Elementary program. She received her PhD in Early Childhood Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Lehigh University. Cailin has over a decade of experience as an early childhood educator and school leader at both public and private schools. Her area of research focuses on teacher development, teacher beliefs, social-emotional learning for young children, and early literacy development.
