Bongekile Mpungose

Bongekile Mpungose is a PhD student in the Information Systems Department at Durban University of Technology (DUT). She holds a Master’s degree in Information Studies obtained from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal. She is a Subject Librarian at DUT. Her research interests are in knowledge management, postgraduate supervision and higher education. She has also reviewed 3 book chapters for book publications accepted for publication by US-based IGI Global.
