Bengu Vuran

Bengu Vuran (Professor) received her BA and her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Istanbul University. She has successfully completed her PhD degree in Finance from Istanbul University. The title of her PhD dissertation was “Model Studies Related to Firm Failure Prediction: An Application in Turkey”. Currently, she is a Professor of Finance at the same university. The courses she teaches include International Finance, Financial Management, Business Finance, Financial Statement Analysis, Risk Management and Financial Instruments, and Strategic Finance Decisions. Her research interests are financial markets and investment management, financial statement analysis, accounting, corporate finance, corporate governance, and strategic finance decisions.
