Benan Kurt Yilmaz

Benan Yılmaz graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 2005. She received her master’s degree in Management & Organization from Dokuz Eylül University in 2007. Later she got her Phd in Management & Organization at Dokuz Eylül University in 2019. She is currently a faculty member in Sinop University, Ayancik Vocational High School. Her areas of expertise are organizational behavior, human resource management, diversity management and she has various national and international papers in these areas.
