Belinda Rudinger

Belinda Rudinger is a nationally certified assistive technology consultant and a clinical assistant professor of Special Education at Texas A&M University-Commerce. She holds a BA in Literature and MEd in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. She earned her EdD in Educational Sustainability from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Her research interests include braille and assistive technology.
