Bassem Chaker

Bassem Chaker holds a Dr.Eng. in Logistics and Production from the University of Sfax, complementing his prior Dipl.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering. Since 2016, he has been an integral part of the OLID Research Lab at the Higher Institute of Industrial Management of Sfax, contributing significantly as a research associate and, more recently, as a key member of a research project initiated in 2021. Actively engaged in the Tunisian Operational Research Society since 2019, Dr. Chaker demonstrates a keen interest in advancing operational research practices. His research portfolio envelops a diverse range of topics, including Logistics, Supply Chain Optimization, Sustainable Development, Agro-industry, Quality Control, and Non-destructive Testing, reflecting his commitment to excellence and innovative problem-solving in industrial domains.
