Ayushi Gupta is currently pursuing her PhD from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi, India. She received her Master's degree in Commerce from University of Delhi, New Delhi. Her research interests mainly lie in the areas of gamification, electronic word of mouth and consumer behavior.
