Ayler Beniah Ndraha , S.STP., M.Si., is a scholar and practitioner in the field of government studies who has made significant contributions to Human Resource Management (HRM). Known for integrating profound academic knowledge with rich practical experience, Dr. Ndraha provides deep insights and practical solutions in human resource planning. With a strong educational background, Dr. Ayler Beniah Ndraha holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Government Studies (S.STP), a Master of Science (M.Si), and a Doctorate in Government Studies (DIP), all obtained from the Institute of Domestic Government (IPDN) in Jatinangor-Bandung. His work experience in various government institutions such as Bappeda, BKPSDM, Kominfo, and Kesbangpol provides a solid foundation for understanding organizational dynamics and governance practices in collaboration with empirical practice. Dr. Ndraha's contribution to the book “Digital Transformation in Public Sector Human Resource Management” is evident through the chapter titled “Digital Workforce Planning and Management in the Public Sector.” In this chapter, he provides a comprehensive guide for public sector professionals, scholars, and policymakers, exploring the challenges and opportunities of digital transformation in HRM. By emphasizing talent management, technological integration, and strategic decision-making, he inspires proactive approaches to thrive in the digitally-driven landscape. Currently, Dr. Ndraha is an active Civil Service Lecturer at Universitas Nias.
