Ayçin Giritli

Ayçin Giritli is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Tourism Management at the Faculty of Tourism at Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU). Her research interests encompass Special Interest Tourism, AI Advancements in Tourism, Hotel Management, Quality Management Systems in Tourism, Decision Support Solutions on Customer Satisfaction and Management. She completed her master’s degree in the same field at EMU, where she published several scientific articles focused on special interest and casino tourism. With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, Ms. Ayçin has served as a Corporate Sales Specialist at Vodafone TRNC since 2016. She has developed extensive expertise in corporate customer management, sales processes, customer satisfaction enhancement, and business development. Prior to this role, she worked at KKTCELL, specializing in corporate customer representation and customer relationship management, where she oversaw sales and customer processes. Throughout her career, Ms. Ayçin has participated in various training programs, gaining certifications on negotiation and communication skills and customer relationship management. She continues to research current and potential AI-based solutions in the filed of Smart Tourism.
