Averil Gorrah

Averil Gorrah is a lecturer in the Computer Science Education subject group in the Faculty of Education at the North-West University (Potchefstroom campus). He holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Information and Communication Technology in Education (UJ). Previously, he was employed as a Deputy Principal by the Northern Cape Department of Education. During his teaching career, he conducted numerous community-based adult computer literacy programs. He is a member of the self-directed learning unit. His research interests include computer science education, coding, and robotics.
