Atharva Saraf

Mr. Atharva Saraf is currently pursuing a B. Tech degree in Computer Science Engineering at Ajeenkya D Y Patil University. Throughout his academic journey, he has developed a strong foundation in various programming languages, including C, C++, and Python. His interests and focus areas lie in algorithm-based programs, artificial intelligence (with a special emphasis on neural networks), and cybersecurity. He has successfully undertaken several projects that reflect his proficiency and passion in these domains. For instance, he has developed a PC-Tuner application aimed at optimizing system performance by employing various methods such as defragmentation. Additionally, he has created an automated backup utility capable of securely backing up selected files, folders, and stores them in compressed backup folder in system itself it can also store backups on external hard disk and cloud storages. Beyond project work, he has contributed to the academic community through research articles and book chapters. Notable among these is his co-authored chapter on federated learning techniques, exploring their applications and advancements in the field of machine learning. His academic experiences have honed his skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaborative teamwork. He is eager to further expand his knowledge and expertise in computer science, particularly in areas that intersect with his interests in algorithms, artificial intelligence, and their practical applications.
