Arun Bhatt

Arun Bhatt obtained his B.Sc.(Ag), M.Sc.(Ag) Genetics and Plant Breeding and Ph.D.(Ag) Genetics and Plant Breeding with specialization in Molecular Biology from GBPUA&T, Pantnagar. He is recipient of Young Scientist Award in field of Agriculture Sciences from Government of Uttarakhand. Dr. Bhatt has over more than fifteen years of teaching, research and extension experience in Genetics, Plant Breeding, Biotechnology, Molecular Diagnostic, Genetic Engineering, Environmental Biotechnology etc. subjects under various capacities. He has published more than fifty research papers, review papers in reputed scientific journals. Dr. Bhatt has served HNBGU Srinagar Garhwal (Uttarakhand) and VCSGUUHF Bharsar Pauri Garhwal as a faculty member. He has also delivered expert lectures in different institutions of repute. He has supervised more than thirty research scholars (UG, PG and PhD). Currently, he is working as Assistant Professor (Biotechnology) at G.B. Pant Institute of Engineering and Technology, Ghurdauri, Pauri Garhwal-246194 (Uttarakhand).
