Arpana Kumari is an ardent and experienced Human Resource professional with more than 11 years of experience delivers soft skills and human resource management sessions. Dr. Arpana is gold medalist in MBA-HR and has qualified UGC NET and PhD. She is certified with Knowledge Management skills and published her research work in National and International Journals indexed in Scopus and ABDC. She has presented her research papers in International Conferences and bagged 3 best paper awards including from Springer. She has hosted more than 50 online and offline seminars, summits and webinars. She was Resource Facilitator for Project CHRO organized for HR working professionals and students of TISS, Mumbai. She also worked with ODSDA for the Bamboo project of Govt. of Maharashtra. She has been a Resource person for MDPs in the area of Stress Management, Emotional Intelligence and Self Awareness. She has worked in the quality area and organized academic audits for accreditation such as NBA. In her professional front she would like to indulge in behavioral training and counselling.
