Arkadiusz Mironko

Arkadiusz Mironko is an associate professor of management and entrepreneurship at Indiana University East, School of Business and Economics. Most recently, he is engaged in research on foreign direct investment strategy, global value chains, economic geography, dynamics in global virtual teams, global leadership, entrepreneurship in firms, and innovation. His core research interests are in the area of global business strategy, global competition, and knowledge creation and transfer through R&D between multinational corporations entering developing economies and collaboration with indigenous firms. Mironko is the author of the book Determinants of FDI Flows within Emerging Economies: A Case Study of Poland, published by Palgrave Macmillan, a number of journal articles, and book chapters. He teaches courses in global economic competition, business strategy, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Arkadiusz received his Ph.D. in International Business Strategy and Global Affairs from Rutgers University.
