Çağrı Emin Şahin

Çağrı Emin Şahin , graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 2015. He worked as technical staff in various positions in Istanbul Public Health Directorate and as the manager of Sultangazi Community Health Center. He attended the two-year Field Epidemiology Training of the Ministry of Health. He completed his PhD in Public Health with his thesis titled “Evaluation of Cost-Effectiveness of HPV Vaccine for the National Vaccination Programme”. He worked as a Public Health Manager at the Ministry of Health, General Directorate of Public Health, Department of Vaccine Preventable Diseases. In the Immunization Department, he carried out duties such as measles/rubella, congenital rubella syndrome surveillance, maternal neonatal tetanus surveillance contact person, adverse events following immunisation monitoring, vaccine safety and cold chain follow-up. He took part in various humanitarian and public health projects in Türkiye and abroad. He has first aid trainer and occupational medicine certificates. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Public Health, Gulhane Faculty of Medicine, University of Health Sciences.
