April D. Miller

April D. Miller is Dean of the Volgenau College of Education at Morehead State University. Previously she was Dean of the College of Professional Education at Texas Woman's University, and Associate Dean at the University of Southern Mississippi. She received her Ph.D. in Special Education/Applied Behavior Analysis from The Ohio State University in 1992. She has had a 30-year career in higher education.
