Apostolos Giannakopoulos

Apostolos (Paul) Giannakopoulos (BSc, BEd, H.E.D, Computer Sciece (Diploma), MEd, PhD) has been teaching in high schools, teachers’ training colleges and at a university level, the subjects of Mathematics, Physical Science, Computer literacy and numerical methods for the past 35 years. His speciality has been problem solving and critical thinking applied in mathematics and other disciplines, Intellectual Capital, Knowledge Management and Business Management. He has presented more than 30 papers in national and international conferences, chapters in management books and has been a sub editor in 3 books. He is also a reviewer in a number of mathematics journals and is a member of the Mathematics Association of South Africa (AMESA). He has made contributions in the theories of teaching and learning through Action Research.
