Antonio Fernández-Jiménez

Antonio Fernández-Jiménez is a PhD in Educational Sciences from the University of Granada. Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education Teacher, specialising in Music Education and Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy. Besides, he studies two Master's Degrees. One of them was about ICT on education and the second one was Teacher Training for Compulsory Secondary Education. He currently works as Lecturer in the Department of Didactics of Musical, Plastic and Corporal Expression at the University of Granada. He has participated in national research projects on the impact of music education (Impactmus) and music teacher training (Profmus) for knowledge-based society and economy. For following three years he are going to participate on a research project about creativity and interdisciplinary for inclusive music education (TICEM). His research interests are based on social justice on music education, critical approach for teacher training and inclusive music education.
