Anna Kaltsouda

Anna Kaltsouda is a member of the Laboratory Teaching Personnel at the University of Ioannina Psychology Department, Greece. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Essex, U.K. and her Master’s degree in Social Psychiatry and Child Psychiatry from the University of Ioannina, Greece. She completed her PhD in Health Psychology at the University of Ioannina, School of Medicine. Anna has extensive professional experience in mental and physical healthcare settings. Her research interests mainly focus on psychological and physical health and wellbeing across lifespan with regard to various life stressors. She has co-authored several journal articles and book chapters on domains related to her research interests.
