Ann-Marie WilmotAnn-Marie Wilmot holds an EdD and is a lecturer of Educational Leadership and Management at The University of the West Indies, Mona. Prior to this, she served as a Principal Lecturer and Head of the School of Languages and Literatures at Church Teachers’ College, Jamaica. Across her 26 years in the field of education, 17 years is at the higher educational level where she has served in several administrative and leadership roles. School leadership and administration, sustainable development, English Language and Literature are the disciplines in which she has published. Her passion for head of departments’ leadership for teacher development and instructional leadership is strong and in response has designed and implemented professional learning material to this end.
