Anitha S. Sastry

Anitha S. Sastry is a research scholar (Wireless Communication) from BMSCE, Bengaluru. She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Global Academy of Technology, Bengaluru. She has obtained B.E (ECE) and M.Tech (Electronics) degree from Visvesvaraya Technological University. She has been awarded “Outstanding Woman in Engineering” award at VIWA2019 for contributing to the field of Electronics and Communication. She has won best project awards for the projects carried out with students. She is authoring a text book on Computer networks. She is a life time member of KRVP and Institute Of Engineers, Bengaluru and an IEEE member. She has published over 20 articles in international journals and has some articles published in regional language. She has been actively contributing in teaching rural children in different summer camps conducted by KRVP. Her areas of interest include Wireless sensor Networks, Optical fiber communication, IOT, Computer Networking and Artificial Intelligence.
