|Anita Sahoo - Contributing Author|Dr. Anita Sahoo is currently working as an Associate Professor at Faculty of Management Sciences at Siksha O Anusandhan Deemed University, Odisha. She is an M.Com, M.Phil, MBA and Ph.D. She has been teaching Post- Graduate Subjects for last thirteen years in the areas of Corporate Financial Reporting, Corporate Finance Management, Cost & Management Accounting, Security Analysis & Portfolio Management, Bank Management, and Financial Market & Services. She has published a book titled “Stock market development, Macro economy & Corporate capital structure”. She has published more than twenty articles in the journals of Indian repute. She has also presented more than fifteen papers in the national and international seminars.
