Aneesh Kumar

Aneesh Kumar P . is currently working as Assistant Professor of Psychology and Coordinator of MPhil and Undergraduate Programmes at the Department of Psychology, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, India. He is also involved in research projects like incorporating character strengths into the early school curriculum, student mental health through positive schooling program, trauma-informed teaching program and developing culturally competent and evidence-based mental health care training model for diverse societies. His research interests include child development, positive psychology and student mental health. He teaches child and adolescent counselling, counselling interventions for special population, developmental psychology, and qualitative research methods. Dr Kumar has published and presented papers in various national and international forums.
