Ana Lucas

Ana Lucas is an assistant professor at the European University, in the financial area. She is also a guest adjunct professor at ISCAL. She holds a PhD in Management, a Masters in Accounting and Taxation and a Degree in Business Organization and Management. She attends a second Ph.D., in Accounting. She develops her research activity primarily in the area of the accounting profession and management accounting, being the author of the book Contabilidade de Gestão nas Administrações Públicas (Rei dos Livros) and Ser Contabilista Certificado (Cordeld'Prata). She is also co-author of the book Contabilidade Financeira na Hotelaria e na Restauração (Lídel) and Contabilidade de Gestão Aplicada ao Turismo (Almedina). She is author and co-author of several scientific and technical publications, and reviewer of scientific articles in journals and conferences. She is an integrated researcher at CiTUR – Center for Research, Development, and Innovation in Tourism and a member and ambassador of the GRUDIS-Portuguese Network for Research in Accounting.
