Ana Cláudia Rodrigues

Ana Cláudia Rodrigues holds a PhD in Human Resources Management and Development (ISCTE-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa), teaching in this area at undergraduate and masters level, at Porto Accounting and Business School (ISCAP-P.Porto) and in the postgraduate course in People Management at Porto Business School (University of Porto). She is also director of the Bachelor Degree in Human Resources at ISCAP-P.Porto. She is an integrated member of the Center for Organizational and Social Studies of the Polytechnic of Porto (CEOS.PP) and participates in national and international research projects. Participates in international conferences as author, reviewer and guest speaker. She published in different indexed international journals on organizational culture, competencies, human resources relationship with performance, virtual/augmented reality applications and virtual teams.
