Alonso Mateo Gómez

Alonso Mateo Gómez holds a PhD in Psychology by the Castilla La Mancha University, a Master degree in Education by the Spanish Distance University, Primary School Teacher Degree at Castilla-la Mancha University, Specializing in English and Therapeutic Education, Master in Developmental Psychology and Education with a research on Psycholinguistics. Working since 1997 in the Nuestra Señora del Rosario School (Albacete). Tutor, and English specialist (1997-2007) and since 2007 specialist in therapeutic pedagogy. He coordinated in his school the international Erasmus program (2013-2021), coordinating projects with several schools in different European countries, within the frame of the Erasmus+ Program. Currently working as associated professor at the Faculty of Education in Albacete, in the University of Castilla-La Mancha, where he teaches English Didactics, as well as Curriculum Fundamentals for the subject of English. He has been visiting professor at the Notre Dame University-Louaize, in Lebanon and at the University of Bologna, in Italy. His research interests are related to autobiographical memory and language acquisition and International Education.
