Aliona Ghendov-Mosanu

Aliona Ghendov-Mosanu is an associate professor at the TUM, Faculty of Food Technology. She holds a bachelor's degree in baking technology, confectionery and pasta, a master's degree in baking technology. The PhD was conducted in the field of Processes and Apparatus in the Food Industry in the research of the cherry fruit drying process with microwaves application. The doctoral habilitatus thesis was carried out in the field of obtaining and stabilizing dyes, antioxidants and preservatives of vegetable origin for functional foods.
