Alexandra Leandro

Alexandra Leandro is, since 2002, a professor in the area of Communication Sciences, Media and Organizations, at the School of Education of the Polytechnic Institute of Coimbra. She usually teaches curricular units of Marketing, Communication and Advertising. She is currently coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Strategic Communication for Municipalities (ESE-IPC). Teaching comes after some years in Marketing departments of Portuguese companies. Graduated in Social Communication, Advertising branch, by U. Minho, in 1998. Postgraduate in Communication Law from the Faculty of Law of the U. Coimbra, with an MBA in Marketing from Porto Business School and a Master in Business Management from the U. Porto. In 2017, she obtained her PhD in Communication Sciences from U. Minho, with her dissertation on the Communication of socially responsible organizations. orcid.org/0000-0002-9166-1925
