Albert Gyamfi has a PhD in Knowledge Management from Aalborg University, Denmark. He is a consultant and an expert who has researched into media richness and web applications for knowledge management process and organisational learning. He is currently attached to Centre for Communication, Media and Information Technologies (CMI), Aalborg University Copenhagen.
