His research interests underscore his dedication to exploring the strategic and operational aspects of managing information and communication technologies, as well as delving into the transformative potential of AI in contemporary business landscapes. As a faculty member at Help University, Malaysia, Alan imparts his wealth of knowledge to students in courses such as Business Analytics for Decision Making, E-Business, Information Technology for Business, and Decision Support Systems.
