Akash Kumar Mahato

Akash Mahato is Associate Professor in Clinical Psychology and Head of the Amity Institute of Psychology and Allied Sciences, Amity University Kolkata. An alumnus of the Ranchi Institute of Neuro Psychiatry and Allied Sciences; Dr Mahato has an experience of over 15 years in the industry and academia. Previously, he had been faculty and Principal at Sweekaar Academy of Rehabilitation Sciences, Secunderabad. He has also contributed as faculty and Clinical Psychologist in Postgraduate teaching departments in Medical colleges and Universities the past. His interest areas lies in Evidence based Psychotherapy, therapeutic indication of neuro-cognitive functions, and community mental health. Dr Mahato has over 35 peer reviewed, national and international publications to his credit.
