Ajay Jain

Ajay Jain is a highly accomplished academic who has been working as an Associate Professor in Business Management at SRM Institute of Science and Technology in Ghaziabad, India for the last 25 years. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, he holds various positions within the institute, including Program Chair for BBA, Area Chair for Finance, Chair for Research, and Chair for the Anti-Ragging Committee. He is also the Chief Editor of the "SRM - IMT Journal of Business and Management Research". With a strong academic background, Dr. Jain holds two master's degrees, one in MBA (Finance) and another in M.Com. He completed his Ph.D. in Finance in 2003. Dr. Jain has published 31 research papers in both national and international journals and has presented numerous papers at various conferences. He has also guided the successful completion of four Ph.D. students and currently guides four more in their research pursuits. Dr. Jain's research interests include various areas within finance such as Mutual Funds, Banking, Financial Services, Non-Performing Assets (NPAs), and Microfinance.
