Aileen K. Ho

Aileen K. Ho is Professor of Psychology and Health at the University of Reading, and a Fellow of the Higher Education Authority. She is also a Chartered Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, member of the British Psychological Society Special Group in Coaching Psychology, as well a UK Health and Care Professions Council registered Clinical Psychologist. Her main research interests centre around quality of life in neurodegenerative conditions, and this has broadened to encompass mental health in the context of life stressors, including wellbeing in university students. Her role as Employability Lead for the School of Psychology and Clinical Language Sciences, draws on experience of working with closely with university students as their academic tutor during their degree programmes and following their subsequent career journeys. She is also the co-founder and co-chair of the University of Reading’s Employability Community of Practice.
