Adya Pandey

Adya Pandey is Assistant Professor at Amity Law School, Lucknow. She has teaching experience of working as Assistant Lecturer at Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur. She has a teaching experience of about 7 years. She did her Bachelors in Law from Lucknow University and completed her post graduation from National Law University, Jodhpur. Her area of interest is corporate laws and has experience of teaching subjects like mergers and acquisitions, insurance and corporate governance. She has published various papers in national and international journals and attended national and international conferences.
