Adele Santana

Adele Santana is an Associate Professor at Sonoma State University. She received a PhD. in Strategy, Business Environment, Ethics, and Public Policy from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, a M.S. in Business Administration and an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and a B.S. in Engineering from Pontíficia Universidade Católica in Campinas. Her current research interests focus on strategy and leadership for social sustainability, diversity, equity, inclusivity, and social justice in organizations. Prof. Santana’s research has been published in Business and Society, Business and Society Review, Ethics and Information Technology, and Journal of Business Ethics, as well as in edited books and book chapters. Her work experience includes multinational companies, small and medium sized firms, and nonprofit organizations. Her consulting practice with a boutique organization specializing in talent evaluation focused on leader assessment and development, change management, executive training, and organization development.
