Adam S. Evans

Adam S. Evans is currently an assistant professor on the faculty of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai where he actively practices cardiac anesthesia and is an intensivist in the cardiothoracic intensive care unit. He completed his anesthesiology residency at Weill Cornell Medical College in 2010 followed by a fellowship in critical care at Columbia Presbyterian and a fellowship in cardiac anesthesia at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. He received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College as part of the joint five year MD-MBA program with Widener University in Delaware. Dr. Evans is an active member of the Society for Critical Care Medicine, Society for Cardiac Anesthesia, and New York State Society of Anesthesiologists. He has presented locally, nationally, and internationally on issues pertinent to the management of critically ill patients in the cardiothoracic intensive care unit.
