Abderrahmane Benlahcene

Abderrahmane Benlahcene is a senior lecturer at the School of Government, Universiti Utara Malaysia. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Management Science from the University of Batna, Algeria, his Master’s degree in Public Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia, and his PhD in the field of Public Management from School of Government, Universiti Utara Malaysia. His research interests are in the areas of organizational behaviour in public organisations with a special focus on unethical leadership behaviour. Other research interests include government-citizen communication and the role of civil society in anti-corruption efforts in developing countries.
