Ab Qayoom Mir

Abdul Qayoom Mir is currently working as Associate Professor in Environmental Sciences in the Higher Education Department Govt. of Jammu and Kashmir for the last 16 year. Prior to that Dr. Mir has worked as Assistant Professor at Azad Institute of Engineering Lucknow, UP. After pursuing M.Sc. Environmental Sciences from Dr. R.M.L.A. University Faizabad in 2004, Dr. Mir completed his Ph.D. Programme in the Department Of Environmental Sciences from Central University Lucknow in 2008 with specialization in Air Pollution and Medicinal Plants. Dr. Mir has also cleared the UGC NET in 2004. With a teaching experience of some 17 years and research experiences of more than 20 years Dr. Mir has published his work in reputed national and international Journals besides presenting his work in different conferences and seminars. He has guided 4 M.Phil and 2 Ph.D. Students.
