Aarthi Chandrasantha Singh

Aarthi Chandrasantha Singh is a Research Scholar doing her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Vellore Institute of Technology. She has completed her Bachelors in Psychology from Ehtiraj College and Masters in HRD Psychology from University of Madras Campus, Chennai. She has worked as HR for Rane NSK Steering Systems Ltd. and served as Regional Manager for Chennai Reliable Pest Solutions Pvt. Ltd. before starting her Ph.D. for 8 years. Her specialization skills are employee engagement, counselling, Organizational Development and Change Management, Training, Learning and Development in Organizations.
