Rajni

Rajni works as Associate Professor, Department of Commerce, Kalindi College, University of Delhi. Her present research focuses on Knowledge Management and Human Resource Management. She has several publications in journals of repute such as, International Journal of Management and Business Research, Journal of Advanced Research in Dynamical and Control Systems, Philosophical Readings, Marketing Intelligence & Planning, Business Management and Economics Engineering amongst others. She was also the Joint editor of a edited book by Codex International Publishers titled ‘Sustainable Development Strategies in Business & Technology, Education & Agriculture Science’. She also presented her work in various National and International conferences and seminars.
