Ezaz Ahmed

Ezaz Ahmed is a distinguished academic leader with over two decades of experience in higher education and a background in corporate banking. His career is defined by strategic leadership, academic innovation, and a commitment to advancing student-centered learning. He is an HRM academic at Charles Sturt University, Australia and most recently, Dr. Ahmed served as a tenured Professor of Business, Founding Dean, and MBA Program Director at the Division of Business, Leadership, and Communication at Columbia College, South Carolina, USA. An active scholar, Dr. Ahmed has an extensive portfolio of edited reference books, journal articles, conference papers, book chapters, and industry publications. His research spans international, national, and industry-based projects and grants, reinforcing his thought leadership in business and management disciplines. He has held prominent leadership roles, including Chair of the Organizational Behaviour Stream for the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM) and advisory positions with the Australian HR Institute, Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, and the Society for HRM (SHRM) in the USA. Dr. Ahmed holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from the University of South Australia and an MBA from Maastricht School of Management. Through his leadership, research, and commitment to student success, Dr. Ahmed continues to shape the future of higher education and business management on a global scale.
