Editor/Author Biographies
Mahmut Bakır completed his undergraduate studies in Civil Air Transport Management at Mustafa Kemal University, Turkey. He later earned both his master’s and PhD in Civil Aviation Management Programme from the Graduate School of Social Sciences, Anadolu University. Currently, he is a faculty member in the Department of Aviation Management at Samsun University. His main research interests are airline business, service marketing, consumer behavior, multi-attribute decision analysis, and multivariate statistics. Bakır has contributed to numerous international journals and book projects through his research.
